PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To emphasize a fluid which flows at a comparatively lower speed than a fluid which flows at a higher speed.SOLUTION: A collecting means including a sequencer 10 and parts and the like controlled by the sequencer 10 collects magnetic resonance signals which are generated in a photographing region before an administration of a contrast agent by making the magnetic resonance signals be dephased in such a manner that magnetic resonance signals for the fluid which flows in a first flow-rate range makes greater signal reducion than those for the fluid which flows in a second flow rate range of a lower flow rate. At the same time, the collecting means collects the magnetic resonance signals which are generated in the photographing region after the administration of the contrast agent in a manner to make the magnetic resonance signals have an intensity in response to the concentration of the contrast agent.
