PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To guide a moisture such as urine to a wide area of an absorber and inhibit the moisture in the absorber side from returning to a wearer side.SOLUTION: An auxiliary absorption tool 1 includes an absorber 22 to be disposed between a top sheet and a back sheet 23, and a diffusion part 24 to be disposed between the absorber 22 and the top sheet. The diffusion part 24 includes a diffusion layer 26, and an upper-side absorber layer 25. The diffusion layer 26 is formed of polymer foam. The upper-side absorber layer is provided at a position facing a rear part 262 of the diffusion layer between the diffusion layer and the top sheet. This configuration can guide the moisture such as urine eliminated from a wearer to a wide area of the absorber via the diffusion layer. Further, the upper-side absorber layer can inhibit the moisture in the absorber side from returning to the wearer side in a back part 12. Furthermore, the use of the polymer foam having high rigidity in compression by body pressure or the like as the diffusion layer can inhibit losing of the shape of the diffusion layer so as to appropriately guide the moisture to the absorber.
