A waste collection and disposal system (100) for collecting and disposing of waste material collected through a suction line (262) during a medical procedure, said system (100) comprising: a waste collection unit (102) which includes: a portable car (204); a waste container (200, 202) supported by said portable carriage (204) for coupling with the suction line (262) to collect the waste material during the medical procedure; and a first plurality of couplings (1026, 1027) mounted on the carriage (204) and in fluid communication with the waste container (200, 202); a separate docking station (104) of said waste collection unit (102) for evacuating waste material collected by said waste collection unit (102) and for cleaning said waste container (200, 202), including said docking station (104): a cabinet (1000); and a second plurality of couplings (1010, 1011) to match the first plurality of couplings (1026, 1027), characterized in that a support (1100) is mounted on the portable carriage (102) to support the first plurality of couplings (1026 , 1027); a head (1030) extends from the cabinet (1000), including the head: the second plurality of couplings (1010, 1011), a splice interface (1074) that supports said second plurality of couplings (1010, 1011) and configured to move said second plurality of couplings (1010, 1011) upwards to match the second plurality of couplings (1010, 1011) with the first plurality of couplings (1026, 1027) and a floating frame (1036) supporting said interface ( 1074) splicing and positioned so that when the waste collection unit (102) is placed adjacent to the cabinet (1000), the support (1100) of the waste collection unit is coupled with said floating frame (1036), wherein the coupling of said floating frame (1036) by said support (1100) aligns the second plurality of couplings (1010, 1011) with the first plurality of couplings (1026, 1027) so that the first (1026, 1027) and the second (1010, 1011) plural Coupling units coincide with each
