PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide production methods of fermented feed which can suppress the mold development in the surface of feedstuffs and in which fermentation quality is improved and stabilized.SOLUTION: The present invention provides a production method of fermented feed comprising containing a feedstuff 15 in a container and fermenting it, wherein an exposed surface 16 of the feedstuff is positioned inside an opening position 13, which faces the exposed surface, or inner wall of the container.
