The present invention provides a method for manufacturing functional food using milk thistle and a Protaetia brevitarsis seulensis larva, which is capable of supplying nutrition components increasing national health. According to the present invention, the method for manufacturing functional food using milk thistle and a Protaetia brevitarsis seulensis larva comprises: a larva extract powder preparation step (S110) of collecting, starving, drying, and pulverizing a Protaetia brevitarsis seulensis larva; a step (120) of preparing, picking, and uniformly mixing 8 to 12 wt% of milk thistle, 50 to 60 wt% of purified glucose, 3 to 5 wt% of a larva extract powder, 3 to 5 wt% of HPMC, 14 to 16 wt% of crystalline cellulose, 3 to 6 wt% of CMC calcium, 3 to 5 wt% of stearic magnesium, and the remainder of a functional flavor promoter to prepare an edible mixture including the milk thistle; a step (S130) of screening the edible mixture including the milk thistle to manufacture a fine powder edible mixture capable of securing powder size suitable for tableting and texture; a step (S140) of forming the fine powder edible mixture acquired from the edible mixture manufacturing step (S130) into a type and shape suitable for eating wherein the mixture is tableted into a chewable tablet product with a type and shape of a tablet; and a post-treatment step (150) of calculating a predetermined number of the chewable tablet products formed in the chewable tablet product manufacturing step (S140) to insert the calculated products into a sealing container and seal the same.본 발명은 밀크씨슬과 흰꽃무지 굼벵이를 이용한 기능성 식품의 제조방법을 제공한다. 본 발명은 흰점박이 꽃무지 애벌레를 채취하여 절식시키고 건조한 다음, 분말화하여 준비하는 굼벵이 추출분말의 준비단계(S 110)와; 밀크씨슬 8 ~ 12 중량%와 정제포도당 50 ~ 60 중량%와 굼벵이 추출분말 3 ~ 5 중량%와 HPMC 3 ~ 5 중량%와 결정셀룰로오스 14 ~ 16 중량%와 CMC 칼슘 3 ~ 6 중량%와, 스테아린산 마그네슘 3 ~ 5 중량%와, 나머지는 관능성 기호증진제를 준비한 다음, 이들을 고르고 균일하게 혼합하여 밀크씨슬을 포함한 식용혼합물을 준비하는 단계(S 120)와; 상기 밀크씨슬을 포함한 식용혼합물을 체에 걸러서 타정 및 식감에 적합한 분말도를 확보할 수 있도록 하는 미세분말화된 식용혼합물을 제조하는 단계(S 130)와;
