The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for alleviating or treating intestinal injury by irradiation. The composition of the present invention can be effectively applied to high dose radiation exposure victims who were unable to apply bone marrow transplantation due to acute gastrointestinal syndrome and can be synergistic in the recovery of acute gastrointestinal syndrome by administration of bFGF after bone marrow transplantation. In addition, the composition of the present invention enables the bone marrow transplantation strategy to be applied even after acute gastrointestinal syndrome has occurred.본 발명은 방사선 조사에 의한 장 손상(intestinal injury) 의 완화 또는 치료용 약제학적 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 조성물은 급성 위장관 증후군으로 인해 골수이식을 적용할 수 없었던 고용량 방사선 노출 피해자에게도 유효하게 적용될 수 있으며, 골수이식 후 bFGF투여로 급성 위장관 증후군의 회복에 시너지 효과를 나타낼 수 있다. 또한, 본 발명의 조성물은 급성 위장관 증후군이 발생된 이후에도 골수이식 전략을 적용할 수 있도록 한다.
