PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coated granular composition for suppressing the adhesion to a container or the like while retaining an anti-releasing property, a manufacturing method therefor, and a drinking foot product containing the composition.SOLUTION: A coated granular composition contains a substance of a low water solubility, a water-soluble substance and a fat and having a core material coated thereto.
