A folded animal excretion disposal sheet formed by folding an animal excretion disposal sheet having a rectangular shape with a first pair of lateral edges and a second pair of lateral edges, the animal excretion disposal sheet includes an outer peripheral joining portion in which a top sheet and back sheet are joined, and a central absorbent body portion in which an absorbent body is disposed between the top and back sheet； a fragrance ingredient is applied to the top sheet and/or absorbent body； the folded animal excretion disposal sheet is folded along a folding line parallel to the first pair of lateral edges, such that the top sheet is not exposed to an outer surface； and a plurality of the outer peripheral joining portions, composing the second pair of lateral edges after folding, are temporarily joined to each other to thereby form a pair of temporary joining portions.
