PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiographic device which achieves the improvement in cooling effect on a radiation detector and electric components and also the suppression of variation in characteristics of the radiation detector due to temperature irregularity and a temperature change on a time axis.SOLUTION: A radiographic device 100a includes: a tabular radiation detector 2 a circuit board 7 driving the radiation detector 2 and a tabular circuit board cooler 5 cooling the circuit board 7. The circuit board 7 is provided on one surface of the circuit board cooler 5, and the radiation detector 2 is provided on the side of the other surface of the circuit board cooler 5.
