PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic water supply device for a plant cultivation container, having a simple structure utilizing buoyant force, highly reliable, retaining most suitable condition also for plants, and to provide an automatic water supply system where the automatic water supply device for a plant cultivation container is incorporated, and an automatic-water-supply plant cultivation device.SOLUTION: The automatic water supply device for a plant cultivation container has the following structure: a float is stored in a float storing part while holding one end of the float the float storing part is provided with a conduit opening introducing water to the float storing part, and a water supply port supplying water to the plant cultivation container from the float storing part so as to be positioned lower than the height of the conduit opening a float pressure water-stop valve is provided at a side of the float nearer than a holding part of the float the float pressure water-stop valve is arranged so as to close the conduit opening via floating pressure of the float when the water surface of the inside of the float storing part raised higher than a predetermined height.
