The present invention relates to an antibacterial disinfectant composition for use as a skin disinfectant, in particular, a finger and foot disinfectant, and an air disinfectant and deodorant. The disinfecting composition of the present invention comprises a combination of three ammonium compounds (ie, alkoxysilylammonium compound, benzalkonium chloride or benzethonium chloride, and polymeric biguanide) in a nonionic surfactant carrier. Nonionic surfactant systems include alcohol ethoxylates and alkyl glucosides or alkyl polyglucosides. The method of using the composition is also described.
