PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medicine administration appliance capable of preventing the administration of only medical liquid inside a prefilled syringe, facilitating a connecting operation with a syringe into a medicine container, and easily administering the medical liquid in which medicines are already dissolved and which is recovered inside the syringe as well.SOLUTION: The medicine administration appliance 1 already mounted on the medical container includes a prefilled syringe 3 provided with a nozzle portion 35 not conforming to an ISO standard, the medicine container 4 storing the medicine, and an adapter 2 mounted on the medicine container. The adapter includes a connector 7 provided with a medical implement connection portion 72 conforming to the ISO standard and a connection portion with the nozzle portion of the syringe 3, a puncture member 6 provided with a hollow needle-like portion 62, a connector mounting portion 61 and a collar portion 63, and a guide member 5 provided with a medicine container mounting portion 51 and a cylindrical portion 54 for storing the hollow needle-like portion.
