PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antibacterial, antifungal, moisturizing and anti-inflammatory agent that exhibits preventive and therapeutic effects on hand chapping of a beautician caused by shampooing or hair-dyeing.SOLUTION: The novel antibacterial, antifungal, moisturizing and anti-inflammatory agent is composed of glycerine, ethyl alcohol, catechin, glycerine fatty acid ester C10 and a guaiazulenesulfonate salt.
