The improvement scheme relates to a treatment method for nasal cavity and paranasal cavity, which can improve nasal congestion and reduce the amount of nasal discharge by securing an adequate space for nasal cavity by repeatedly depleting blood of olfactory mucosa under a hyperplasia condition to gradually reduce the volume of the olfactory mucosa, and to inhale and remove extravasated blood secreted from the olfactory mucosa in which blood has been depleted and pus inside the paranasal cavity by inserting a catheter connected to a suction machine into a nostril.
