PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noodle globe forming and bagging apparatus capable of preventing a noodle line from being pinched at a sealing position when the noodle globe w1 is stored in a bag c1.SOLUTION: The noodle globe forming and bagging apparatus 100 includes: a conveying means 1 a noodle globe forming part 2 and a bag storing part 3. The conveying means 1 raises each group w of noodle lines supplied to a starting point 7a for conveying so as to follow a wavy bent upward inclination passage 4, and provides stretching and contracting elastic pressure on respective needle lines on the way of its raising. In the noodle globe forming part 2, each group w of the noodle lines raised by the conveying means 1 is rounded with a roller 25, so that the noodle globe w1 is formed.
