The present invention relates to a peptide with anticancer activity； and to a pharmaceutical composition and a health food composition which contain the same as an active ingredient for the prevention and treatment of cancer. More specifically, the present invention relates to a peptide which is combined with a transcription factor CP2c, has cancer preventing and treating activity, and is represented by SEQ ID NO: 1 (Asn-Tyr-Pro-Gln-Arg-Pro)； and to a pharmaceutical composition and a health food composition which contain the peptide as an active ingredient for the prevention and treatment of cancer. According to the present invention, in the case of treating cancer cells with the peptide and the pharmaceutical composition including the same, the peptide penetrates a cell membrane at greatly high stability, can be specifically combined with CP2c, can inhibit the DNA combining ability of CP2c, and thus inhibits the activity of CP2c. Accordingly, the peptide inhibits cancer cell-specific transcriptional activity mediated by CP2c, can be effectively used to specifically treat only a cancer cell, and can be used to prevent cancer and be used as an additive for health food to prevent cancer.본 발명은 항암 활성을 갖는 펩티드, 이를 유효성분으로 함유하는 암 예방 및 치료용 약학 조성물 및 건강기능식품 조성물에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 구체적으로는, 전사인자 CP2c에 결합하며 암 예방 및 치료 활성을 갖는 서열번호 1로 표시되는 펩티드, 이를 유효성분으로 함유하는 암 예방 및 치료용 약학 조성물 및 건강기능식품 조성물에 관한 것이다:<；서열번호 1>；Asn-Tyr-Pro-Gln-Arg-Pro.본 발명에 따른 펩티드 및 이를 포함하는 약학 조성물을 암 세포들에 처리할 경우, 매우 높은 안정성으로 세포막을 통과하여 CP2c에 특이적으로 결합할 수 있으며, CP2c의 DNA 결합능을 억제할 수 있고, 이에 따라 CP2c의 활성을 억제함으로써, CP2c가 매개하는 암세포 특이적인 전사활성을 방해하여 암 세포만을 특이적으로 치료하는데 효과적으로 사용될 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 암의 예방 및 이를 위한 건강식품 첨가제로서도 활용될 수 있다.
