Disclosed are an antibacterial dressing, and a preparation method and use thereof. The components of the antibacterial dressing comprise an organosilicone antibacterial agent, a buffer stabilizer and a solvent. The pH value of the components of the antibacterial dressing is 3.5-6.5. The preparation method for the antibacterial dressing comprises: adding a buffer stabilizer to an organosilicone quaternary ammonium salt compound solution to adjust the pH value to be 3.0-6.9 adding aminated silicon dioxide and using the buffer stabilizer to adjust the pH value to be 3.5-6.5 adding water to the solution to form a soak solution adding a dressing core to the soak solution and adjusting the pH value of the soak solution to be 3.5-6.5.
