PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container that can be used for producing and storing food product whose strength is not lowered even if the container is heated, and which also has a strength against the deformation caused by depressurization after the container is sealed, and which is not deformed, swollen nor dented and to provide a method for producing food product using the same and food product such as germ-free food product.SOLUTION: The container 1 is used both for storing and producing food product. A solid food product raw material 3 is filled in the storage container 1 with an opening 2, and the opening 2 is sealed after the container is heated.
