PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joint type fishing rod allowing smooth joint and having a large joining force in such a range as to prevent adhesion and a method for manufacturing the same.SOLUTION: In the fishing rod, fiber-reinforced synthetic resin rods 10 and 12 disposed adjacently in the front and rear are joined to each other. An irregular filament body layer L5 is disposed on the outer side of an innermost fiber layer L1 of a female side joint part in such a state that a gap 32 of the width of a filament 30 or larger is formed between adjacent filaments. Projections and recesses are formed on the inner surface of the innermost fiber layer L1 in such a way that the positions corresponding to the filaments 30 of the filament layer L5 are projections 40, and the difference in height between the projections and recesses in the innermost fiber layer L1 is smaller than the difference in height between the projections and recesses in the filament layer L5.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】継ぎ合わせが円滑であると共に、固着を防止できる範囲で継合力の大きな継合式釣竿とその製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】前後に隣接した繊維強化合成樹脂製竿杆同士10,12が継ぎ合わせられる釣竿であり、雌側継合部の最内繊維層L1よりも外側に、隣接糸状体間に、糸状体30の幅以上の隙間32を有するように配設された凹凸状の糸状体層L5を設け、糸状体層L5の糸状体30に対応して、糸状体30の位置に対応した位置が凸部40となる凹凸部が最内繊維層L1の内面に形成されており、該凹凸部の高低差は糸状体層L5の凹凸の高低差よりも小さいよう構成する。【選択図】図2
