PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical table 1 with which there is no need of concern that when a doctor examines a patient, a seat plate 12 is positioned on the front of the buttocks of the patient and becomes an obstacle to the examination, or that when the back plate is shifted from the tilted state to the standing state, the abdomen of the patient is pressed because the buttocks of the patient get stuck between the back plate 11 and the seat plate 12 due to the backward movement of the seat plate 12 in almost forward up to the backward position.SOLUTION: The medical table 1 includes: a seat plate frame 31 capable of reciprocally supporting the seat plate 12 frontward and backward and a coupling member 35 for coupling the seat plate 12 to the back plate 11. The back plate 11 includes: a back plate portion and a waist plate portion which is provided integrally to continue to the back plate portion and can support the waist of a patient. When the back plate 11 is shifted from the standing state to the tilted state, the coupling member 35 interlocks with the shift of the backrest 11, thereby allowing the seat plate 12 to move forward almost in the rear toward the back plate 11.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】医者などが患者を診察するときに、座板12が患者の臀部の前方に位置していて診察の邪魔になるようなおそれがなく、また、背板を背板倒伏状態から背板起立状態に移行させたときに、座板12が復動位置までほぼ前方に向かって復動するために、患者の臀部が背板11と座板12との間に挟み込まれて患者の腹部が圧迫されるようなおそれがない、医療台1を提供する。【解決手段】座板12を前後方向に往復動可能に支持することができる座板フレーム31と、座板12を背板11に連結する連結部材35とを備えている。また、背板11が、背板部と、この背板部に一体的に連設されていて患者の腰部を支持することができる腰板部とを備えている。そして、背板11を背板起立状態から背板倒伏状態に移行させたときに、連結部材35が背板11の上記移行に連動することによって、座板12が背板11に向かってほぼ後方に往動する。【選択図】図15
