The present invention relates to a holding device of surgical instruments for single operation, which comprises: a plurality of support units fixedly formed in both edges along a longitudinal direction of an operating table； a mounting unit coupled by crossing a gap between the support units in an arch-shape from both ends of the support units； and an extension unit, wherein one side is coupled to the mounting unit, and the other side is coupled to surgical instruments to place and fixate the surgical instruments on an operating portion.본 발명은 단독 수술을 위한 수술도구 고정장치에 관한 것으로서, 수술대의 길이방향을 따라 양측 가장자리에 형성되어 고정되는 복수 개의 지지부와, 복수 개의 지지부 양 끝단에서 지지부 사이를 아치형으로 가로질러 결합되는 거치부와, 일측은 거치부에 결합되며 타측에는 수술도구가 결합되어 수술도구를 수술부위에 위치 및 고정시키는 연장부로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.
