THE VEGETATION BAGS (1) ARE VENTILATIVE AND PERVIOUS TO WATER, AND PROVIDED WITH PLANT SEEDS (12). THE VEGETATION BAGS (1) ARE LAID ON A SLOPE (3). THE FASTENERS (2) PENETRATE INTO THE VEGETATION BAGS (1) FOR SECURING THE VEGETATION BAGS (1)TO THE SLOPE (3) SO AS BECOME AN INTEGRAL WHOLE. A REINFORCING LAYER (4) IS PROVIDED BETWEEN THE VEGETATION BAGS (1) AND THE SLOPE (3). WITH THE REINFORCING LAYER (4) BETWEEN THE VEGETATION BAGS (1) WHICH ARE FILLED WITH THE STUFFING (11) AND THE PLANT SEEDS (12) OR PAVED WITH SOD (13) AND THE SLOPE (3), THE PRESENT INVENTION PROVIDES A GREEN LAYER FOR PLANT GROWING, FIRMING AND PROTECTING THE SLOPE (3) AS WELL AS GREENING AND BEAUTIFYING THE SLOPE (3).
