PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fiber-reinforced seeding and planting slope having an excellent slope soil runoff preventing effect with a good soil connecting property with a small quantity of reinforcing fiber. SOLUTION: This fiber-reinforced seeding and planting slope is characterized in that reinforcing soil 3 containing the reinforcing fiber 4 more than a mixed rate of reinforcing fiber 4 in vegetation soil 2 is layered on the outside of the vegetation soil 2 containing seeds or sprouts thereof.
