PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a processing load of an arithmetic processing device used for electrocardiographic detection to suppress a data loss.SOLUTION: A vehicle seat S comprises: an upper electrode unit 11 and front electrode unit 13 that detect biological signals of a sitting person； and an arithmetic processing device 22 that performs arithmetic for identifying a consciousness level of the sitting person from the biological signals obtained from the upper electrode unit 11 and front electrode unit 13.
