PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a beauty powder and a beauty method capable easily obtaining cleaning effect or improved effect of skin trouble.SOLUTION: There is provided a beauty method which comprises a hydrogen water permeation step of cleansing the skin with hydrogen water obtained by dissolving a powder or granules containing the following components (A) and (B): (A) 60 to 90 wt.% of sodium hydrogencarbonate and (B) 1 to 10 wt.% of magnesium hydride in water.
