PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wheelchair having a notification function so that dangers such as a fall can be avoided by an operation to the wheelchair by a user himself for wheelchair users during rehabilitations.SOLUTION: The wheelchair 100 includes a left braking apparatus 17a and a right braking apparatus 17b, sensors 104a and 104b, and a control apparatus 102. In this case, the left braking apparatus 17a and the right braking apparatus 17b are operated by the manual operation by the using person. The sensors 104a and 104b sense whether the left braking apparatus and the right braking apparatus are under the braking state or not.
