An arthroscopic surgery simulation method and an arthroscopic surgery simulation system are provided. The arthroscopic surgery simulation method includes: receiving tissue data and performing a volume initialization operation and a bordering operation to obtain volume data, the volume data including a plurality of voxels, each of the voxels having a distance level； receiving a simulation input from a haptic device to simulate a cutting device intersecting with the voxels； calculating the distance level changes of the voxels according to the volume data and the simulation input； and rendering forces in the haptic device according to the change of distance level of the voxels.本發明提出一種關節鏡手術模擬方法及關節鏡手術模擬系統。關節鏡手術模擬方法包括：接收組織資料並對組織資料進行容積初始化操作及邊界化操作以獲得容積資料，容積資料包括多個容積素，每個容積素具有距離層級；從觸覺裝置接收觸覺輸入以模擬切割裝置與容積素交叉；根據容積資料及觸覺輸入計算容積素的距離層級的變化；以及根據容積素的距離層級的變化將力道回饋到觸覺裝置。
