FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: inventions refer to medicine. The surgical device control method in the surgical device (100) environment determines the sensor area on the surgical device. The sensor area is adapted for reception of an integrated micromechanical device (110) and responds to sensed electro stimuli during the surgical procedure. The surgical device is connected to a drive source for surgical procedures. The sensor area is located on the rotating part of the surgical device. The integrated micromechanical device is placed on the rotating portion. The integrated micromechanical device (110) is attached to the sensor area by a fastening mechanism for dynamic detection of surgical parameters during surgical manipulation. The rotating part is rotated under the influence of the driving source so that the sensor area is exposed to forces that can be detected by the integrated micromechanical device (110). Wireless communication (112) with the control device (120) is maintained via a wireless transmitter (113). The control device (120) responds to the integrated micromechanical device (110) operation for reception of dynamic surgical parameters detected by the integrated micromechanical device (110) during a surgical procedure. Surgical options are not exposed to the presence of the integrated micromechanical device (110) due to the contactless placement of the integrated micromechanical device (110) in the sensor area.EFFECT: invention provides elimination of adverse effects of the sensor on surgical device operation due to its location on the moving element of the surgical device which does not constitute an obstacle, as well as the elimination of distortions of the obtained surgical parameters due to contactless sensor placement.18 cl, 6 dwgИзобретения относятся к медицине.
