The lens has a core (2) provided with concentric or coaxial annular zones (3). Annular spaces (4) are provided between the concentric or coaxial annular zones. A coating (6) is hydrogel with interpenetrated polymeric networks, and partly covers the annular spaces so as to ensure stability of the core. The coating is provided with permeability for nutriments and oxygen identical/higher than that of corneal fabric. Two polymeric networks of the coating are based of polyethylenic glycol and polyacrylic acid, respectively. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing an intracorneal diffractive lens.
