The present invention relates to a speaker-based service system capable of attempting a customized conversation with a user without a voice command of the user. More specifically, according to the present invention, the speaker-based service system comprises: a biosensor mounted on the body of a user to sense bioinformation of the user； and a speaker to receive the sensed bioinformation of the user from the biosensor, and provide the user with feedback based on the received bioinformation of the user.
