PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insole for shoes capable of walking in a state of being uniquely optimal for each shoe user and in a state where an unreasonable force is not applied to the body. SOLUTION: A shoe insole is installed so as to be placed on a first layer member serving as a sole insole bottom of a shoe and the first layer member, and a user's foot mold is formed into a second layer. It was composed of a member and a third layer member installed on top of the second layer member. The second layer member is made of a material such as polycaprolactone, which exhibits deformability by heating and has shape retention that retains the deformed state when cooled after heating. When the first layer member and the third layer member are bonded together, the outer circumferences of the first layer member and the third layer member are bonded together in the first region up to the front of the toes in order to provide the second layer member, and the outer periphery of the first layer member and the third layer member are bonded to each other. The location of the second region is a bag-like structure provided with an opening for inserting a small granular thermoplastic resin or the like without sticking, and the portion is closed by adhesive after the thermoplastic resin is put in.
