PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wound dressing capable of securing air permeability according to respective needs for any areas of a lesion of the body and a lesion periphery, its manufacturing apparatus and its manufacturing method.SOLUTION: A wound dressing (1) has a thermoplastic resin film (2) at least on a surface, and on the thermoplastic resin film (2), many micropores (5) are formed so as to have different opening ratios in a lesion corresponding area (S1) corresponding to a lesion shape of a body surface and a lesion outside corresponding area (S2) around the lesion corresponding area (S1). As an example of the opening ratios, the opening ratio of the lesion corresponding area (S1) is smaller than the opening ratio of the lesion outside corresponding area (S2), and more preferably, the opening ratio of the lesion corresponding area (S1) is set to 0.
