PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive tape which is hard to break when or while wearing.SOLUTION: The adhesive tape 10a for fixing a front body and rear body of a diaper includes a sheet of a substrate 30a made of nonwoven cloth and a hook member 44 which is a mechanical fastener and set on the surface of the substrate 30a, and the substrate 30a has a fixed area 31 on its one end 11a to be fixed to the diaper and a non fixed area 32 other than the fixed area 31 on the other end 11b.
