PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a muscle training device that achieves weight saving while having a body warming function, and therapy equipment.SOLUTION: A muscle training device 1 passes a pulse current through the body so as to apply an electrical stimulus to muscles and contract the muscles.
