The present invention provides a culture cultivation and planting process and equipment thereof, particularly a novel design in which the wood chip cultivation substrate will not be in contacted with the culture before a sterilization process. With this novel and unique design, the present invention makes the wood chip cultivation substrate through the sterilization process and then to be in contacted with the culture, such that the culture may be stored in the sterilized wood chip cultivation substrate.
