A pharmaceutical composition for improving wound healing is provided. The pharmaceutical composition includes (a) hyaluronic acid or its derivatives, (b) an effective amount of an active ingredient； and optionally (c) pharmaceutically acceptable carriers and/or excipients. In one embodiment, the active ingredient includes vitamin. In another embodiment, the active ingredient includes acexamic acid.
