The object of the present invention is to produce an arctigenin derivative which can be used for antiaging of skins including whitening, recovering elasticity of skins and the like.The arctigenin derivative can be produced as each kind of fatty acid esters, and ether derivatives with alcohols, alkyl derivatives. The present invention is to prepare an ET-1 generation inhibitor, an elastinase inhibitor and an anti-inflammatory agent, which include the arctigenin derivative as active component. The arctigenin derivative is especially useful to be a skin care preparation, and can be prepared as a skin care preparation for anti-inflammation, a skin care preparation for whitening, or a skin care preparation for recovering elasticity of skins and put to be used.本發明係製作牛蒡苷元衍生物，用於包含美白、回復皮膚彈性等皮膚的抗老化用途。牛蒡苷元衍生物可製作成各種脂肪酸酯衍生物、與醇形成之醚衍生物、烷基化衍生物。本發明係調製含有該牛蒡苷元衍生物作為有效成分之ET-1產生抑制劑、彈性蛋白酶抑制劑、抗炎劑。該牛蒡苷元衍生物係特別用作皮膚外用劑，可調製成抗發炎用皮膚外用劑、美白用皮膚外用劑、或回復皮膚彈性用皮膚外用劑來進行使用。
