PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid medicine quantity adjuster capable of being easily handled and allowing an unskilled user to quickly and accurately adjusting the quantity of liquid medicine inside a syringe to a desired quantity.SOLUTION: The liquid medicine quantity adjuster includes a pair of clamping members 2 and 2 for holding a plunger 12, and an elastic member 3 for applying the elastic force to approximate distal ends of the clamping members 2 and 2 to each other.
