PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a protection case capable of keeping a tip part of a long medical instrument in a linear shape, and preventing bending of the medical instrument during transportation.SOLUTION: A protection case 100 of a guide wire 30 is composed of a tray 102 and a cover 101. The tray 102 is provided with a linear first storage part 104 for storing a tip part 30a of the guide wire 30, and a circular second storage part 105 for storing a part of the guide wire 30. The second storage part 105 is provided with projections 106a, 106b, 106c for restricting the movement of the guide wire 30 with respect to the second storage part 105. The first storage part 104 can keep the tip part 30a of the guide wire 30 in a linear shape. Because the projections 106a, 106b, 106c of the second storage part 105 restrict the movement of a medical instrument 30, the bending of the guide wire 30 during transportation can be also prevented.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】長尺の医療器具の先端部を直線状に保つことができ、且つ、搬送中の医療器具の折れ曲がりを防止可能な保護ケースを提供する。【解決手段】トレイ102とカバー101とから構成されるガイドワイヤ30の保護ケース100であって、トレイ102には、ガイドワイヤ30の先端部30aを収納する直線状の第1収納部104と、ガイドワイヤ30の一部を収納する円弧状の第2収納部105とが設けられている。第2収納部105には、第2収納部105に対するガイドワイヤ30の動きを規制する凸部106a,106b,106cが設けられている。第1収納部104によってガイドワイヤ30の先端部30aを直線状に保つことができる。また、第2収納部105の凸部106a,106b,106cによって医療器具30の動きが規制されるので、搬送中のガイドワイヤ30の折れ曲がりも防止可能である。【選択図】図2
