PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medicine sorting device for storing medicines with the securing of a high degree of freedom by automatically recognizing the medicines whose properties, such as types, shapes, sizes and validity dates are variously different and which are supplied in a state of out of alignment.SOLUTION: A medicine supply device 1 includes a reception part 100, a recognition part 300, and a storage part 500. The storage part 500 includes storage trays arranged in a plurality of stages. A storage area is set during storage in accordance with the size of a return medicine recognized by the recognition part 300.
