PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mixing container and a manufacturing method of the mixing container capable of easily mixing reagent liquids by a specimen sampling tool in the mixing container in which a plurality of reagent liquids are mixed by inserting the specimen sampling tool.SOLUTION: A mixing container 10 comprises a first container 11 for storing a first liquid and a second container 20 for storing a second liquid while being inserted to the first container 11. The second container 20 comprises: a cylindrical member 21 made of resin having a top opening 22 and a bottom opening 23 and a sealing film 30 made of a weaker material than the cylindrical member 21 for sealing the bottom opening 23. The cylindrical member 21 comprises a bent part 35 which is supported by an inner peripheral surface 21a between the top opening 22 and bottom opening 23, bent by being pressed against a specimen sampling tool inserted from the top opening 22, and breaks through the sealing film 30.
