PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a syringe type injection instrument capable of extruding contents into a bubble state or a mist state without spoiling operability even when the amount of contents is small while the contents are made to be in a cartridge.SOLUTION: A syringe type injection instrument includes: an operation instrument in which a rod is extended on a piston, and a passage for air pressure forwarded by the piston is formed between the rod and a tip cylindrical part a cylindrical member 6 which is filled with contents C and has a plunger 7 extruding the contents C by using a pushing pressure from the rod as an energizing force a nozzle 8 storing the cylindrical member inside and mounted on the tip cylindrical part 2c and a mesh ring 9 for passing the contents extruded from the cylindrical member 6 and air pressure forwarded by the piston therethrough and making them into bubble state contents.
