A female syringe (14) of a syringe kit (10) is provided with a barrel for female syringe (30) including a cylindrical portion (38) into which a nozzle (24) of a male syringe (12) may be inserted, a hollow cylindrical packing (56) arranged in the cylindrical portion (38), and a cap (58) detachably attached to the cylindrical portion (38). When the cap (58) is detached from the cylindrical portion (38), the packing (56) remains in the cylindrical portion (38), a distal end opening (56a) is opened, and the nozzle (24) of the male syringe (12) may be liquid tightly fitted to an inner side of the packing (56).
