PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sauna apparatus with simple configuration, in which mist does not come into contact with a louver and high-temperature mist does not drop.SOLUTION: Rotation frequency detection means 26 for detecting rotation frequency of a circulation motor 7 is provided in a control device 16 for controlling a mist nozzle 15 and a louver 10 the rotation frequency is stored when the louver 10 is suspended at a prescribed angle and the circulation motor 7 is activated and mist is injected by the mist nozzle only when difference between the rotation frequencies is larger than a prescribed value.
