PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mist generator and a mist bath device that have a simple structure and require little cost and time for installation.SOLUTION: A mist generator 10 to be used for mist bath comprises: a water storage tank 11 provided with mist generating means 2 a low temperature distribution channel 31 and a high temperature distribution channel 32 that distribute mist 62 generated by the mist generating means 2 heating means 5 and switching means 41 and 42. The heating means 5 heats the mist 62 that is distributed in the high temperature distribution channel 32.
