PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for adjusting the temperature of cultivating water in a cultivating system for vegetable plants. SOLUTION: This cultivating system comprises a water storage tray for pooling cultivating water at its bottom and a water-supplying mat whose upper surface is positioned above the surface of the cultivating water inside the water storage tray, wherein cultivating vessels are put on the water-supplying mat to absorb the cultivating water previously adjusted its temperature suitable for budding and growing.
