A modified dressing, being formed by solidifying a mussel adhesive protein on a matrix dressing . Said dressing promotes the cell growth and shortens the healing time, while protecting a wound surface moreover, after the mussel adhesive protein is solidified on the dressing, the physical and chemical stabilities of the protein are improved, extending the degradation period of the protein, facilitating the exhibition of the bioactivity of the mussel adhesive protein.Linvention se rapporte à un pansement amélioré, lequel est constitué dun pansement avec un substrat qui y adhère grâce à une protéine de moule à action adhésive. Tout en assurant la protection de la plaie, le pansement selon linvention stimule la croissance cellulaire en réduisant la durée de cicatrisation. Par ailleurs, une fois que la protéine de moule à action adhésive a pris, linvention permet daméliorer la mécanique de la protéine et la stabilité chimique, de prolonger le cycle de dégradation de la protéine, et dagir de manière bioactive et avantageuse sur la protéine de moule à action adhésive.
