PURPOSE: A compressive sleeve is provided to adaptively fit a sleeve to the part of the body of a wearer such as a leg.CONSTITUTION: A compressive sleeve(11) compressively treats the body of a wearer. The sleeve includes a panel formed of a comfortable material, a bladder(25,27,29), and a fastening unit. The panel includes an upper proximal edge, a lower distal edge, a first and a second side edge mutually opposing, and a longitudinal axis extended form the proximal edge to the distal edge. The panel includes a first upper transition edge(30) extended from the upper proximal edge to the first side edge. The first upper transition edge has a concave or linear shape. The panel includes a second lower transition edge(32) extended from the lower transition edge to the first side edge. The second lower transition edge has a concave or linear shape. The sleeve includes at least one expandable bladder attached to the panel.
