The apparatus for preparing a fermented soybean meal, according to an embodiment of the present invention, comprises: a solid-liquid separation part which mixes soybean meal raw materials with an extraction solvent, extracts the mixture, and separates and produces a soybean meal extract from a residual soybean meal； a lactobacillus culture part which adds, to the soybean meal extract, a bacterium to be inoculated to produce lactobacillus, and supplies same to the solid-liquid separation part； a solid substrate fermentation part which subjects, to solid substrate fermentation, a mixed material obtained by selectively receiving and mixing at least two of the residual soybean meal supplied from the solid-liquid separation part, the soybean meal raw materials being bypass-supplied, and the lactobacillus supplied from the lactobacillus culture part to produce a first solid-substrate-fermented soybean meal； and a dryer for drying the first solid-substrate-fermented soybean meal to produce a second solid-substrate-fermented soybean meal.La présente invention concerne, selon un mode de réalisation, un appareil pour préparer un tourteau de soja fermenté, qui produit sélectivement ou simultanément des tourteaux de soja fermenté pour des animaux monogastriques et des ruminants.
