PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a harvesting system for carrying grain harvested by a combine to rice processing facilities using an unhulled rice vehicle, in which the harvested cereal effect determined by the combine is informed to an unhulled rice conveyer and thereby the grain is properly carried into the rice processing facilities to achieve an efficient harvesting system.SOLUTION: A harvesting system is provided for carrying the grain harvested by a combine to rice processing facilities using an unhulled rice vehicle. An impure grain rate calculated by the detection of an impure grain detection device (37) for detecting impure grain containing the husking grain and the branch grain contained in the grain harvested by the combine is constituted so as to be transmitted to the unhulled rice vehicle when the ejection from a grain tank (5) is completed. Also, when the ejection from the grain tank (5) is completed, data of harvest working hours and crop yields is transmitted to the unhulled rice vehicle along with the impure grain rate from the combine side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 12COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】本発明は、コンバインで収穫した穀粒を籾運搬車でライスセンターに運搬する収穫システムにおいて、コンバインが判別する収穫穀粒の出来具合を籾運搬者に知らせることで適切にライスセンターへ搬入して効率的な収穫システムとすることを課題とする。【解決手段】コンバインで収穫した穀粒を籾運搬車でライスセンターに運搬する収穫システムにおいて、コンバインで収穫した穀粒に含まれる脱桴粒や枝梗付着粒を含む不純穀粒を検出する不純穀粒検出装置(37)の検出により演算した不純穀粒率を、グレンタンク(5)からの排出が終了したときに前記籾運搬車に送信するように構成する。また、前記グレンタンク(5)からの排出が終了したときに、コンバイン側から不純穀粒率と共に収穫作業時間及び収穫量のデータを籾運搬車に送信する。【選択図】図12
